 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. HOPE UZODIMMA BAGS SUN GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR AWARD


The prestigious SUN Award held yesterday at the Eko Hotels and Suites Lagos, recognizes personalities with outstanding performance in public and private sector services. 

At the 19th Annual Awards, His Excellency, the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma was decorated with the "GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR AWARD" for his outstanding performance so far in the restructuring of Imo State despite challenges confronting his administration.

During the citation on His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma was described as a silent achiever who embarked on infrastructural remodeling of Imo State from the ruins it was before.

The Organizers took into account, the steadfastness of the Shared Prosperity administration in various areas vis-a-vis the Road Construction; Educational Development; Agricultural Growth; Industrialization Drive; Economic Stability amongst other indices.

While this serves as a commendation for good service to the people, His Excellency takes it as an encouragement to deliver more to the good people of Imo State.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
