 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. TEARS  FLOW AS HON OKECHUKWU,  GOES TO ETERNAL REST.


Anambra State Governor; Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, his deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim, Speaker Anambra State House of Assembly; Rt Hon Uche Okafor Episani and principal members of the house, members of Anambra State Executive Council and relatives, earlier today were at St Patrick Catholic Church Isuofia.

The funeral mass was celebrated by Cardinal Ebere Okpalaeke who lamented the wickedness that has  overtaken the world that some people don't have any value anymore for human lives.

The eldest of the Okoye family; Mr Emmanuel Okoye thanked those that squeezed time out of their busy schedules to honour Late Hon Okechukwu Okoye and commiserate with the family at this critical time.

Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo assured the family that all the culprits to this horrible act must be brought to book.

He further appealed to Anambra State House of Assembly under the leadership of Rt Dr Hon Uche Okafor Episani to ensure they remember to support the immediate family of their late honourable colleague.

He added that the state government under his leadership will continue their onslaught against criminal elements, kidnapping syndicate who now trades on human blood to make money. He equally assured of his support to the family.

May the soul of Late Hon Okechukwu Okoye rest in the bosom of the Lord.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
