 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. Anambra State Emerges Winner of 2022 South East ANCOPPS Quiz Competition

Anambra has emerged winner of the 2022 South East All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools quiz competition.

The state clinched the top positions in the junior and senior categories with Maryam Ekesi, of Girls Secondary School, Awka emerging winner in the senior category while Miss Njoku Munachi of Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha emerged as the winner in the junior category.

The competition took place at the All Nigerian Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools conference held in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

Reacting, the President ANCOPSS, Anambra branch, Mr Jovita Arazu gave the victory to Mr Governor, Prof.Chukwuma Soludo adding that it was his passion and commitment to the education of umu-akwukwo Anambra that led to the feat.

The State Debate Coordinator, Mrs Amaka Aniekwe, commended the pupils for doing the state proud while noting that with this feat, the state will represent the southeast region in Bauchi state for the final competition.

The quiz competition is an annual event of the All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
