 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. CP bans sale, use of fireworks, knockout fire-crackers, others in Anambra State

As part of a proactive measure by the Anambra State Police Command to sustain public safety and peace in the state, the Commissioner of Police, CP Echeng Echeng has banned the sale and use of fireworks, knockouts, and firecrackers in the state. 

This plan shall enhance adequately already policing strategy put in place that is potently and dynamic to respond to any emergency and security concerns peculiar to Christmas and end-of-the-year festivities. 

The CP noted that the use of knockouts, and others, aside from constituting nuisance and disturbance of public peace, is also capable of causing unnecessary fear, apprehension and other dangers associated with its usage, especially during this harmattan period.

 This is in addition to the possibility of providing an escape space for criminals after the commission of a crime. 

Echeng equally called on parents and guardians to impress on their children and wards to desist from the sales and use of fireworks, firecrackers, and knockouts, others as the ban is in the best interest of all. 

He warned persons trading in these banned items to seek alternative ventures.

He, however, assured that the Command would leave no stone unturned to ensure that there would not be any form of security breach, especially during this yuletide season.

The CP also urged Ndi Anambra to be vigilant and security conscious and report all suspicious movements or in case of any emergency to call 112 or 07039194332. (MOI)

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
