 PRESS RELEASE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERATION FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO NATIONAL UNITY AND FAIR REPRESENTATION IN APPOINTMENTS The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) wishes to address recent insinuations circulating, particularly on social media, regarding the composition of Federal appointments. The Government categorically refutes claims of lopsidedness and emphasizes its unwavering commitment to the principles of fairness, equity, and national unity. All appointments are made in strict adherence to federal character principle, as enshrined in Section 14 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as Altered). Meets Toshi, A Civil Servant Who Devotes His Time, Resources In Promoting Migili Culture

Popularly known as Panti Miyera, Joshua Toshi is a Civil Servant with the Nasarawa State Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism. He was nicknamed ā€œPanti Miyeraā€ (Women's pant), in Migili language for his dress code and dance. 

Toshi hails from Ivigida community of Duglu chiefdom in Obi local government area of the State. 

He's a cultural ambassador who devotes his time and resources in promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Migili ethnic group in Nigeria.
