 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results.         RECOVERY OF FOUR (4) AK-47 RIFLES



On 25th April 2023, a team of Safer Highway Patrol, Department of Operations, Kano State Command while on intelligence–led stop and search operation at Kwanar Garko, Garko LGA, Kano State along Kano – Bauchi road saw a Lite – Hiace Bus Motor Vehicle trying to change direction with an occupant coming down holding a suspicious item.


2. On swift response by the team, the occupant dropped the item, zoomed off and escaped the scene. On the spot search, a sack containing four (4) AK-47 Rifles was discovered. An effort is intensified to arrest the fleeing suspects.


3. The Acting Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command, DCP Mu’azu U. Mohammed appreciates the good people of the State for their support, encouragement and cooperation. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
