 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, Wife, Split After 18 Years Of Marriage 

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau has announced he is separating from his wife, Sophie, after 18 years of marriage.

On Wednesday, Trudeau made the announcement on his official Instagram account, noting that it was reached after "many meaningful and difficult conversations."

He wrote "Hi everyone, Sophie and I would like to share the fact that after many meaningful and difficult conversations, we have made the decision to separate. 

"As always, we remain a close family with deep love and respect for each other and for everything we have built and will continue to build. For the well-being of our children, we ask that you respect our and their privacy. Thank you."

According to Dailymail, a statement shared by the Prime Minister's office revealed that Trudeau and Sophie have signed a legal separation agreement

Despite their split, it was also revealed that the family will vacation together from next week.

The statement read in part, "They have worked to ensure that all legal and ethical steps with regards to their decision to separate have been taken, and will continue to do so moving forward.

"They remain a close family and Sophie and the Prime Minister are focused on raising their kids in a safe, loving, and collaborative environment. The family will be together on vacation, beginning next week."

Trudeau tied the knot with his wife in 2005. They welcomed their first child, Xavier in 2007, their second child, Ella-Grace in 2009, and their third child, Hadrien Gregoire in 2014.
