 FEDERAL MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND NATIONAL ORIENTATION  PRESS STATEMENT  BINANCE FALSE CLAIM ON BRIBERY DIVERSIONARY  The Federal Government of Nigeria is aware of attempts by Binance to launder its impaired image as an organisation that does not play by the rules and laws guiding business conduct in sovereign nations. In a blog post that has now been published by many international media organisations, in an apparent well-coordinated public relations effort, Binance Chief Executive Officer Richard Teng made false allegations of bribery against unidentified Nigerian government officials who he claimed demanded $150m in cryptocurrency payments to resolve the ongoing criminal investigation against the company.  This claim by Binance CEO lacks any iota of substance. It is nothing but a diversionary tactic and an attempted act of blackmail by a company desperate to obfuscate the grievous criminal charges it is facing in Nigeria. Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, Wife, Split After 18 Years Of Marriage 

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau has announced he is separating from his wife, Sophie, after 18 years of marriage.

On Wednesday, Trudeau made the announcement on his official Instagram account, noting that it was reached after "many meaningful and difficult conversations."

He wrote "Hi everyone, Sophie and I would like to share the fact that after many meaningful and difficult conversations, we have made the decision to separate. 

"As always, we remain a close family with deep love and respect for each other and for everything we have built and will continue to build. For the well-being of our children, we ask that you respect our and their privacy. Thank you."

According to Dailymail, a statement shared by the Prime Minister's office revealed that Trudeau and Sophie have signed a legal separation agreement

Despite their split, it was also revealed that the family will vacation together from next week.

The statement read in part, "They have worked to ensure that all legal and ethical steps with regards to their decision to separate have been taken, and will continue to do so moving forward.

"They remain a close family and Sophie and the Prime Minister are focused on raising their kids in a safe, loving, and collaborative environment. The family will be together on vacation, beginning next week."

Trudeau tied the knot with his wife in 2005. They welcomed their first child, Xavier in 2007, their second child, Ella-Grace in 2009, and their third child, Hadrien Gregoire in 2014.
