 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.  A GRADUATE OF AKWA IBOM STATE UNIVERSITY BAG THE SUM OF #800,000 AT NYSC RIVERS STATE ORIENTATION CAMP.



An Akwa Ibom born graduate of agricultural economics and extension Akwa Ibom State University has just been awarded the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Naira (#800,000) following her outstanding performance during the unity bank corp preneurship challenge.

The Corp Member Miss Bet Obong Dan has been an outstanding entrepreneur during her university days, she's a make up artist and a farm manager who's currently running and managing her farm some where in Akwa Ibom State. 


The Corp Member  shared the good news through her social media handle with the photo and  caption "oya una don catch me na here i de since, i no de practice my agriculture to stay little, this is just the beginning. Thank you Unity bank"
