Guinea-Bissau stops vaccine study funded by Trump administration Guinea-Bissau's foreign minister has said his government has stopped a study funded by the Trump administration aiming to evaluate side effects of the life-saving hepatitis B vaccine, including any links to autism. SCOTLAND'S HATE CRIME BILL IS NOW IN FORCE DESPITE CONCERNS OVER POLICE RESOURCES AND FREE SPEECH

Police chiefs have already spoken out against the bill as they worry people will use the powers incorrectly in a bid to silence rivals

Siobhian Brown, who is the minister for victims and community safety, admitted that the likes of JK Rowling could be subjected to numerous police complaints if she made gender critical comments.

The nationalist politician faced a brutal grilling at the hands of Justin Welby on BBC Radio 4 where she struggled to answer questions on the new legislation which came into force today. She claimed that misgendering was not a crime, but then insisted that it was up to officers to decide this........
