 Stolen Jewellery: Patience Jonathan's Ex-Aides Rot in Jail as Court Adjourns Case 40 Times Some former domestic workers of ex-First Lady Patience Jonathan have been imprisoned for over six years, with their trial repeatedly delayed due to adjournments. The 15 workers, accused of stealing jewelry and valuables worth N200 million, were arrested in 2019 and are being held at the Okaka Custodial Centre in Bayelsa State. The defendants were accused of stealing seven gold bangles and jewelry, five Samsung air conditioners, two sets of upholstery chairs, and six Samsung flat-screen televisions. They also face 18 counts of conspiracy to commit murder, armed robbery, burglary, and stealing. The workers claim they were unlawfully detained without evidence. "We have been in prison since 2019. Talent manager and lover of actress Iyabo Ojo, Paulo Okoye has made a passionate appeal to EFCC over Bobrisky


It is no longer news that the embattled crossdresser was arrested at Pinnock Estate, in Lagos State on April 3, 2024, at 3 pm, over alleged currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira.


During his court hearing on Friday where he pleaded guilty to Naira abuse, he pleaded with the court and judge to give him another chance.


He promised that he would make good use of his platform to inform and educate his followers about spraying money as he begged the judge to tamper justice with Mercy. Unfortunately, the judge didn’t excuse his bad behavior and reserved his case till April 9th.


Taking to his Instagram page, Paulo Okoye noted how if Bobrisky is guilty of naira abuse, then it means he and over 2 million Nigerians are also guilty and would need to report themselves at a police station.


He appealed to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission to forgive Nigerians as he promised that naira abuse wouldn’t repeat itself.


“If Bobrisky is guilty of Naira abuse you know say over 2M Nigerians will just go to Police Station and report yourselves including me.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
