 South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million. Authorities said they have asked prosecutors to pursue a court warrant for Bang’s arrest as they continue probing claims that he misled investors in 2019. Investigators allege he told investors that Hybe had no plans for an initial public offering, leading them to sell shares to a private equity fund. The company later went public, and police suspect a separate arrangement may have resulted in Bang receiving a substantial payout tied to post-IPO stock profits. Dwayne Johnson dances with mom Ata at 'Moana 2' world premiere


Dwayne Johnson shared a sweet moment with his mother Ata Johnson at the world premiere of "Moana 2" in Hawaii on Thursday.

A video shared to Instagram by Disney shows the "Black Adam" actor standing with his family -- including wife Lauren Hashian and daughters Jasmine and Tiana -- while watching his mom Ata Johnson gracefully performing a traditional Polynesian dance.

As she motions for him to join her, Johnson takes off his suit jacket, kisses his daughters on their heads and gets right into the groove without missing a beat.

The two dance for a bit before the song ends ... and Dwayne walks over to pull his mother into a hug and lightly kisses her on the cheek.

Dwayne and his mom definitely stole the show at the action-packed premiere ... attended by WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes, Dwayne's costar Auliʻi Cravalho, and Mickey Mouse himself.
