Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed.  Seyi Law Slams P-Square as Hypocrites for Opposing Tinubu After Performing at Buhari’s Inauguration

Comedian Seyi Law has accused Nigerian music duo P-Square of hypocrisy for criticizing President Bola Tinubu’s administration while having performed at former President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2015 inauguration. In an interview with media personality Teju BabyFace, Seyi Law claimed P-Square and other colleagues opposed Tinubu’s 2023 candidacy due to biases, despite their past support for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Seyi Law recounted facing backlash from peers for backing Tinubu, noting, “The same people who are against the APC today once danced on the stage when Buhari was inaugurated.” He referenced P-Square’s performance of their hit song ‘E No Easy’ at Buhari’s event, contrasting it with their 2023 support for Labour Party’s Peter Obi, where they performed during his campaign.

He further argued that even if the APC had fielded former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, critics would have used Buhari’s record to oppose him. “Stop being hypocrites,” Seyi Law said, dismissing claims that Osinbajo would have garnered their support as insincere.
