 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. UPDATE: THE MOZAMBICAN NATIONAL WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED HIS GIRLFRIEND, AZENA NONGENI, AND CONCEALED HER BODY UNDER A MATTRESS BEFORE FLEEING HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS ZOLANE CUAMBE. (PHOTO).

 UPDATE: The Mozambican national who allegedly killed his girlfriend, Azena Nongeni, and concealed her body under a mattress before fleeing has been identified as Zolane Cuambe, previously known to have resided in Northam around 2017. 


Azena was reported missing on 27 June 2025 after returning from work in Bushbuckridge. Her lifeless body was later discovered hidden under a bed in a rented room belonging to her boyfriend, nicknamed Shalom, the suspect, who lived nearby. 


He has since gone missing, and police are appealing to anyone with information on his whereabouts to urge him to report to the nearest police station.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
