 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. TWO SUSPECTED ZIMBABWEAN THIEVES ARRESTED WITH STOLEN FORD RANGER EN ROUTE TO ZIMBABWE. (PHOTOS).

 Two Suspected Zimbabwean Thieves Arrested With Stolen Ford Ranger En Route to Zimbabwe


Two suspects were arrested after being found with a stolen Ford Ranger Wildtrak 4x4 worth R800 000, which they were allegedly attempting to smuggle into Zimbabwe.


The vehicle was stolen in the early hours of Friday, 15 August 2025, in the Brooklyn area of Pretoria. Intelligence later revealed that it was being driven towards the Beitbridge border.


The Limpopo Tracking Team, working with several security companies, quickly launched an operation. The vehicle was intercepted on the N1 near Botlokwa, and the suspects, aged between 31 and 44, were arrested on the spot.


The swift action prevented the vehicle from crossing the border. It has since been impounded for further investigation.


The suspects are expected to appear before the Sekgosese Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 18 August 2025.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
