 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings.  China signs deal with Zambia, Tanzania for $1.4 billion railway upgrade


China, Zambia and Tanzania on Monday signed a $1.4 billion deal to refurbish the Tanzania-Zambia railway, a vital route for shipping copper exports from the region, Zambia's government said, Reuters reported.


The deal aims to rehabilitate the railway and purchase locomotives, passenger coaches and wagons.


Last year China signed an initial agreement to revive the 50-year-old TAZARA railway, as it is widely known, at a time the United States was throwing its financial weight behind a rival transport corridor for minerals called Lobito, after an Angolan port.


TAZARA offers a way to bypass logistics bottlenecks in South Africa that have slowed copper and cobalt exports.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
