 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country.  Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers in Stranger Things, recently shared in an exclusive interview that he was deeply touched while reading a key scene from season 5's Volume 2. 

In this emotional moment from the penultimate episode, Will opens up about his feelings and identity to his family and friends in a heartfelt conversation.


Schnapp said he "cried reading" the script and praised the Duffer brothers for writing it "so perfectly." He admitted feeling nervous about how the scene would play out, especially the warm group hug from characters like Jonathan, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven that follows. However, he shared that filming made it feel natural and genuine.


The actor highlighted how meaningful this storyline is, noting the support from fans and how it could resonate with young people going through similar experiences. He expressed gratitude for the thoughtful way the scene was handled, which ties into Will's personal growth and journey in the final season. Volumes 1 and 2 are now streaming on Netflix, with the series finale arriving on December 31.
