 Court Fixes July 10 For Judgment On Malami's 57 Properties Forfeiture Suit A Federal High Court in Abuja has set July 10, 2026 as new date for judgment in the suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) seeking the final forfeiture of 57 properties linked to Abubakar Malami, former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice.  The presiding judge, Joyce Abdulmalik had earlier fixed Monday, July 6, 2026 for judgment after both parties adopted their final processes and argued the case on May 26.  However, the judge moved her  judgment to Friday, July 10, 2026 The EFCC previously secured an interim forfeiture order for the assets, valued at over N212 billion. The properties are located in Abuja, Kano, Kebbi, and Kaduna. A 19-YEAR-OLD NORTH CAROLINA GIRL SUFFERED AT THE HANDS OF A SADISTIC MAN FOR MONTHS BEFORE HER BODY FINALLY GAVE OUT.(PHOTO).

 A 19-year-old North Carolina girl suffered at the hands of a sadistic man for months before her body finally gave out.


The death of 19-year-old, Isabella Stroupe, is as shocking as it is sickening. 


Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg department discovered Isabella's broken and battered body in the home of 24-year-old, Thomas Hamilton, on Friday, May 1st.


Thomas called 911 to report that Isabella was not breathing at 3:30 a.m. Thomas arranged to meet up with police at a gas station near his home. During that meeting, Thomas claimed he had been having intercourse with Isabella when she had a heart attack. Investigators believe Thomas's account of Isabella's passing is very far from the reality of the situation. 


By all indications, Isabella's last months on earth were marked by fear and @buse.


When officers arrived at the apartment, they discovered Isabella tied to the bed with a tow strap. Isabella was barely clothed and had various injuries all over her body. There were puncture wounds and lacerations. 


In addition, Isabella had multiple broken and fractured bones.


While investigating the scene, detectives discovered a bl**dy knife wrapped in cellophane, they also found a sword. There was bl**d covered clothing, and the mattress appeared to be bl**d-stained.


Although Thomas told detectives the two had engaged in consensual relations, authorities do not believe Isabella could  have been physically able to consent to anything due to the severity and nature of her injuries.


Thomas Hamilton was arrested and is being charged with first-degree m*rder, and first-degree r*pe.
