A SOUTH CAROLINA MAN GOT SOME OF HIS PUNISHMENT IN ADVANCE WHEN HE TRIED TO ROB THE WRONG GUY.(PHOTO)

A South Carolina man got some of his punishment in advance when he tried to rob the wrong guy.

33-year-old Justin Adkins entered the Vape and Smoke Shop in North Charleston, S.C., at approximately 11 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12th.

However, Justin was not there to shop, rather, he thought he had found an easy target.

Things did not go to plan for Justin, and he was happier to see officers than the robbery victim, when they arrived.

The stores surveillance cameras captured the entire incident.

In the video, you see Justin enter the store with the "old paper bag on my hand" trick. He approached the employee and demanded money. The employee just flatly told him no.

Justin became upset and threatened to shoot the employee, but his paper sack must have been out of bullets. Justin decided to do the only rational thing he could think of.

He began throwing merchandise and attempting to damage property in an all-out tantrum.

This is when Justin's night took a dramatic turn. The employee, who I'm sure is overworked and underappreciated, hit his limit and then hit Justin.

It appears he hit Justin more than once, and when officers arrived, he had Justin pinned to the ground, making their jobs easier. Justin was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment before being booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center.

33-year-old Justin Adkins is being charged with robbery while armed with a deadly weapon and malicious injury to property under $2,000.
