 Agha Mba Inspects Sports Facilities Across Anambra, Pledges Rehabilitation of Stadiums By Ifeoma Aniagbado The Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba has embarked on an inspection tour of major sports facilities across the state as part of efforts to assess their condition and chart a path for their rehabilitation. The inspection was conducted on June 2, covering the Chuba Ikpeazu Stadium in Onitsha North Local Government Area, Otuocha Township Stadium in Anambra East, Godwin Achebe Stadium in Onitsha South, Ogidi Stadium in Njikoka, Solution Stadium in Aguata and Awka City Stadium in Awka South. Speaking during the exercise, the commissioner said the visit was aimed at evaluating the current state of the facilities and identifying areas requiring urgent intervention to restore them to full functionality.  'American Idol's Keyla Richardson says her third-place finish is 'actually great' as her mom says she was 'robbed'


Keyla Richardson, 29, reflected on her journey after finishing third in season 24 of American Idol, behind runner-up Jordan McCullough and winner Hannah Harper. 


Sharing photos and videos on Instagram, Richardson celebrated her performances, including Whitney Houston’s “I Love the Lord” and Alicia Keys’ “Un-Thinkable,” as well as a duet with Jason Mraz. 


She described her time on the show as “amazing” and emphasized that her career is only just beginning.


Richardson also posted alongside season 23 finalist Breanna Nix, noting that placing third was still a great achievement and expressing excitement for what lies ahead. 


Her mother, Katja, however, voiced frustration on Facebook, claiming her daughter was “robbed” of the title. 


Judges Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Lionel Richie praised Richardson’s determination and growth, with Bryan calling her journey inspiring and affirming that she had “won in our eyes.”


The finale itself was a star-studded event, featuring guest appearances from Alicia Keys, Mötley Crüe, Brad Paisley, En Vogue, and more. 


Harper, who ultimately won, shared her gratitude in an Instagram post, calling her Idol experience a “wild, beautiful journey” and thanking fans for their support. 


She promised to share upcoming tour dates soon, while Richardson and McCullough also left the competition with strong fan bases and momentum for their careers.
