 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. I WILL NOT PERFORM FOR IYIOLA OMISORE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION-LAGBAJA.

                        According to sources,Nigeria musician Lagbaja has refused to perform for Iyiola Omisere campaign organization.Lagbaja was to perform at the Grand finale campaign rally and reception for President Goodluck Jonathan coming up in Osogbo in two weeks time for the PDP Governorship candidate in August 9th Osun state election,but Lagbaja turn down their offer saying ''Though the court of the land discharged and acquainted you {Omisore} in the murder case against the former Minister of Justice in Nigeria,the late Cicero of Esa-Oke and foremost Nationalist,Chief Bola Ige,i have deep rooted innermost conviction that you are culpable in the death of my mentor and bene factor,if you offer me all the allocation of Osun state during your four year tenure par-adventure you win {which i seriously doubt},i will not perform for Iyiola Omisore Governorship election''.Lagbaja sounds like a discipline man,i admire him for that.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
