 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BRUCE JENNER {CAITLYN},TO BE CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR,AFTER KILLING A WOMAN IN A CRASH,IN FEBRUARY.

Sued: Caitlyn Jenner, who was still Bruce at the time of the crash, has since been hit with two lawsuits                                                     According to the Malibu Police report,Caitlyn Jenner will only be charged with a misdemeanor for his/her fatal crash in February that left a 69 year old widow dead.Police have concluded that no drugs,alchohol,or talking or texting on a phone were to blame for the pile up.Investigators will determine that as merely negligence,which is not a felony.This means that the maximum charge Caitlyn Jenner can face is Misdemeanor Vehicular Manslaughter.This report will ultimately be presented to the DA,though in accident cases like this are commonly dismissed.Police came to the conclusion after studying a video footage of the smash which was made public this week.The video was captured by a passing bus,shows Caitlyn Jenner's Escalade hitting the Lexus driven by the victim Kim Howe on the Pacific Coast Highway not far from Malibu,California.Kim Howe died in the four car crash,which left a slew of shattered cars on the free way.Not long after the crash,it emerged that a recording existed,which was handed over to police.More photos below.                                                                                                                                                   Victim: Kime Howe, 69, died in the crash Aftermath: Jenner, who had not then transitioned to a woman, is pictured above next to the Cadillac as emergency services look over the totaled wreck which was carrying Kim HoweSmash: Footage from a passing bus shows Caitlyn Jenner's Cadillac Escalade, top center with a trailer, a second after it hit a white Lexus containing Kim Howe, 69, who died after being pushed into oncoming trafficCasualty: A victim, presumably Howe, is loading into a van at the scene after the fatal crashClean-up: An LA County sheriff is pictured at the scene after the pile-up
