 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. NIGERIAN PRISON SERVICE,DEBUNKS RUMOURS OF CHARLES OKAH'S DEATH TODAY.

               Today wednesday,the Nigerian Prisons Service denied the speculated death of Charles Okah.Rumours had it that Charlse Okah died in prison shortly after he returned from court yesterday tuesday where he attempted to kill himself.The Nigerian Prisons Service spokesman,Francis Enobore,was quoted as saying that the suspect was not dead.Yesterday tuesday,Charles Okah was prevented from committing suicide while in court by security operatives attached to Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court Abuja.He is being tried for terrorism,,the alleged mastermind of the 2010 independence day bombing in Abuja in which scores of people died.In the absence of his counsel in the course of Tuesday's proceedings,he asked Justice Kolawole for permission to speak on what he described as endless trial.Immediately he ended his speech,he took a chair and rushed toward a window on the third floor of the five storey building and tried to take a plunge through the window before security operatives grabbed him.Like seriously,people online publishers should learn to verify their stories before publishing.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
