 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. EFCC DECLARES CAPT. FEMI FOLA DANIELS WANTED .{PHOTO}.

        Femi Fola Daniels is wanted in a case of forgery and obtaining under false pretence to the tune of $400,000.
The suspect,who is the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman,Asher Worldwide Business Limited,is alleged to have fraudulently obtainedthe sum under the guise that he had the ability to secure and supply two million barrels of crude oil to East Rock LLC.The suspect provided a fiduciary account,which was though to be an NNPC account into which the victim paid the sum.
When his ruse was discovered,the suspect absconded after refunding only $40,000.All efforts to apprehend him have so far proved abortive.
 His light in complexion and over six feet tall,54-years-old Daniels hails from Ijebu Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State.The suspect is fluent in English and Yoruba languages.His last known address is House 1,'A',Close,Adkan Estate,Gwarimpa,Abuja.
