 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. EFCC DECLARES CAPT. FEMI FOLA DANIELS WANTED .{PHOTO}.


        Femi Fola Daniels is wanted in a case of forgery and obtaining under false pretence to the tune of $400,000.
The suspect,who is the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman,Asher Worldwide Business Limited,is alleged to have fraudulently obtainedthe sum under the guise that he had the ability to secure and supply two million barrels of crude oil to East Rock LLC.The suspect provided a fiduciary account,which was though to be an NNPC account into which the victim paid the sum.
When his ruse was discovered,the suspect absconded after refunding only $40,000.All efforts to apprehend him have so far proved abortive.
 His light in complexion and over six feet tall,54-years-old Daniels hails from Ijebu Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State.The suspect is fluent in English and Yoruba languages.His last known address is House 1,'A',Close,Adkan Estate,Gwarimpa,Abuja.
