 UNACCEPTABLE – GOV. ALIA BLASTS MBALOM KILLINGS, ASSURES JUSTICE FOR VICTIMS  Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has condemned the latest attack on Mbalom community in Gwer East Local Government Area, describing it as barbaric and unacceptable, while assuring residents of intensified efforts to protect lives and property. In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, the governor reacted to reports of an assault by suspected armed herdsmen on the community, an incident that adds to recurring security concerns in parts of the state. Alia said the attack represents a direct threat to the peace and security of Benue, noting a disturbing pattern of what he described as calculated and selective assaults. He expressed sympathy to affected families and reiterated his administration’s resolve to confront criminal elements. EFCC DECLARES CAPT. FEMI FOLA DANIELS WANTED .{PHOTO}.

        Femi Fola Daniels is wanted in a case of forgery and obtaining under false pretence to the tune of $400,000.
The suspect,who is the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman,Asher Worldwide Business Limited,is alleged to have fraudulently obtainedthe sum under the guise that he had the ability to secure and supply two million barrels of crude oil to East Rock LLC.The suspect provided a fiduciary account,which was though to be an NNPC account into which the victim paid the sum.
When his ruse was discovered,the suspect absconded after refunding only $40,000.All efforts to apprehend him have so far proved abortive.
 His light in complexion and over six feet tall,54-years-old Daniels hails from Ijebu Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State.The suspect is fluent in English and Yoruba languages.His last known address is House 1,'A',Close,Adkan Estate,Gwarimpa,Abuja.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
