 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. MUSICIAN SMALL DOCTOR REVEALED HE DOESN'T DRINK NOR SMOKE.(PHOTO).

 Popular Nigerian singer, Temitope Adekunle whose stage name is Small Doctor, has revealed that he doesn’t drink alcohol nor smoke any substance.

He made the revelation while being interviewed on Beat FM, Lagos, and noted that he never engaged in any of those vices even before he became famous.

Small Doctor, famously known for his hit song, ‘Penalty’ also said he doesn’t womanize.

He said; “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke…I don’t womanize. I don’t have a vice. Trust me.

“No cap. I have been like this since like a decade ago, trust me. Even before I got Visa to any other country.”

The singer added that he doesn’t indulge in social vices because of his family background.
