 Kwara Govt donates 150 off-road motorcycles to Nigerian Army •LGAs acquire 320 motorcycles to boost vigilantes' security operations  In a bid to further strengthen security operations and maintain peace across Kwara State, His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led Kwara State Government has donated 150 off-road motorcycles to the Nigerian Army. The motorcycles are expected to enhance troops' mobility and effectiveness, particularly in rugged terrains such as forests, where non-state actors may be hiding with intent to destabilise the peaceful atmosphere of the state. Nigeria man in pain as rats eat his American visa and passport

A Nigerian man faces a heartbreaking situation as rats eat up his international passport containing a valid American visa, causing a significant disruption to his travel plans.

A video making the rounds on social media captured the lamentation of a Nigerian who had an unexpected issue as a result of rodents

It seems that the man not only misplaced his crucial travel document but also fell victim to the hungry set of rats, resulting in the loss of his US visa.

In light of this unfortunate incident, he shared advice with his fellow Nigerians, urging them to be diligent in safeguarding their passports by keeping them in secure locations.

The incident gained widespread attention online, with commenters sharing their thoughts and proposing potential solutions to address the loss of both passport and visa.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
