 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results.  Nigerians call for investigation into Sisi Quadri’s death as video of him complaining bitterly over his health in a hospital surfaces online


A viral video of Nollywood actor, Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji better known as Sisi Quadri, complaining about his health before his untimely death is making rounds online.


The disturbing video, which has left many calling for investigation over his death, captured the actor venting out in a hospital over the situation of his health. He could be heard talking about the series of tests they did for him. He stated that nothing was wrong him till they carried out tests and when he complained, they didn’t take him serious.


“Nothing was wrong with me till you carried out your test and when I complained you didn’t take me serious”.
