 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. OKAWVILLE, ILLINOIS POLICE CHIEF, THOMAS A. HALL IS CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH BODILY HARM. (PHOTO).

 Okawville, Illinois Police Chief, Thomas A. Hall is charged with Domestic Violence with Bodily Harm. 



On March 7th, 40-year-old Thomas Hall appeared in court with his attorney. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Hall demanded a jury trial. 


On February 22nd - 23rd it is alleged that Chief Hall struck a female occupant in his home. He allegedly restrained a female occupant by her wrists. When officers arrived, they alleged that the female victim had bruises and red marks that indicated she was restrained. 


Thomas Hall was admonished by the court and told he cannot be around the alleged victim. 


I will update. In the meantime, the victim is in our thoughts. This is still an active investigation and I cannot release all of the information I know. I can say this woman is very strong, in my opinion.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
