Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has officially sworn in the newly elected local government chairmen, urging them to prioritize the welfare of their communities.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Governor Lawal emphasized the importance of equitable and fair distribution of resources and development projects across all local government areas. He reminded the chairmen of their responsibility to serve with integrity, accountability, and a focus on improving the lives of the people they represent.
The governor also called for collaboration between the local government leaders and state authorities to ensure the effective implementation of policies aimed at addressing the stateās pressing challenges, including security and infrastructure development.
