 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.  In a surprising turn during today's press briefing, President Donald Trump responded to questions about potentially pardoning Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is currently standing trial on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges.


Trump stated he would "certainly look at the facts" and consider a pardon if he believes Combs was "mistreated" by the justice system. The President noted that while he and Diddy were once friends, their relationship "busted up" when Trump entered politics, but emphasized this wouldn't influence his decision-making on clemency.


This comes as Combs faces serious federal charges including two counts of sex trafficking, two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and one count of racketeering conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
