McDonald’s launches World Cup meal and collectible cups ahead of 2026 FIFA tournament kickoff McDonald’s is launching limited-time World Cup meals and collectibles ahead of the FIFA tournament kickoff on June 11, as excitement builds for the expanded 48-team competition co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada. The fast-food chain, returning as an official tournament sponsor, will roll out its World Cup-themed menu nationwide starting June 4. Customers can choose between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, both served with a special gold-packaged Big Mac Sauce. As part of the promotion, McDonald’s is also releasing collectible cups featuring nine global soccer stars and cultural icons. The lineup includes Christian Pulisic, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Son Heung-Min, Lamine Yamal, Alphonso Davies, Santiago Gimenez, and the brand’s mascot Grimace. A SWEET SENIOR COUPLE JUST SAID “I DO” IN THE MOST PERFECT PLACE IMAGINABLE: THE YMCA SWIMMING POOL WHERE THEY FIRST MET!. (PHOTO).

 A sweet senior couple just said “I do” in the most perfect place imaginable: the YMCA swimming pool where they first met!


Barbara (78) and Ron (81) from Clearwater, Florida, locked eyes five years ago during water aerobics class. What started with smiles and friendly chatter between exercises turned into coffee dates, then love. Last Valentine’s Day, Ron proposed right there in the shallow end with a waterproof ring.


This weekend, they returned to that very same pool to get married. Waist-deep in water, surrounded by 60 guests in swimsuits and leis, their classmates cheering, and their original instructor officiating, they exchanged vows while gently floating with pool noodles.


The bride glowed in a white swimsuit with a lace cover-up and waterproof veil; the groom looked dapper in swim trunks and a bow tie.


“We met in the water, fell in love in the water, so we got married in the water,” Barbara said with a big smile.


The YMCA happily opened the pool for the celebration, and everyone partied with splashes and poolside cake afterward.


Now the newlyweds are off on a seniors’ cruise, already excited for more water aerobics together.


Love really does come full circle! 🏊‍♀️💕🏊‍♂️
