 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A SWEET SENIOR COUPLE JUST SAID “I DO” IN THE MOST PERFECT PLACE IMAGINABLE: THE YMCA SWIMMING POOL WHERE THEY FIRST MET!. (PHOTO).

 A sweet senior couple just said “I do” in the most perfect place imaginable: the YMCA swimming pool where they first met!


Barbara (78) and Ron (81) from Clearwater, Florida, locked eyes five years ago during water aerobics class. What started with smiles and friendly chatter between exercises turned into coffee dates, then love. Last Valentine’s Day, Ron proposed right there in the shallow end with a waterproof ring.


This weekend, they returned to that very same pool to get married. Waist-deep in water, surrounded by 60 guests in swimsuits and leis, their classmates cheering, and their original instructor officiating, they exchanged vows while gently floating with pool noodles.


The bride glowed in a white swimsuit with a lace cover-up and waterproof veil; the groom looked dapper in swim trunks and a bow tie.


“We met in the water, fell in love in the water, so we got married in the water,” Barbara said with a big smile.


The YMCA happily opened the pool for the celebration, and everyone partied with splashes and poolside cake afterward.


Now the newlyweds are off on a seniors’ cruise, already excited for more water aerobics together.


Love really does come full circle! 🏊‍♀️💕🏊‍♂️

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
