 LAWMA Waste, Investigation, Surveillance and Enforcement operatives on night duty have apprehended two environmental offenders along the Jibowu and Ojota corridors of Ikorodu Road for engaging in illegal waste collection and indiscriminate disposal of refuse at unauthorized locations. The suspects, were arrested during routine surveillance operations after being found carrying out activities that constitute environmental nuisance and undermine approved waste management processes, despite repeated warnings and sensitization efforts. The offenders are being transferred to the Oshodi Task Force Office for prosecution through the Mobile Court in accordance with the environmental protection laws of Lagos State. LAWMA reiterates that illegal waste collection and indiscriminate dumping remain punishable offences. Today, Tuesday, 4th November 2025, marks another significant milestone in the journey of visionary leadership and service to our great nation, as the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has officially confirmed Dr. Musa Babayo (Talban Katagum) as the Chairman of the Board of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).


This well deserved confirmation is not only a recognition of his outstanding track record of integrity, competence, and dedication to national development, but also a reflection of the confidence that the government and the people of Nigeria have in his ability to deliver results.


Dr. Musa Babayo (Talban Katagum) has, over the years, distinguished himself as a man of wisdom, discipline, and humility a technocrat deeply committed to the ideals of good governance, transparency, and accountability. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
