 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  MDGIF To Build 500 CNG Refuelling Stations Across Nigeria In Next 3 Years


In Line With Federal Government Resolve at Deepening Compressed Natural Gas Utilization, The Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF) has concluded discussion with a leading Chinese Manufacturer to make available 500 CNG refuelling stations across Nigeria for the next 3 years.


A statement by the Executive Director of MDGIF, Oluwole Adama, said the discussion  centred on the creation of a Federal government-backed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) promoted by MDGIF, and its Investment Partners.

Under the agreement, Compressed Natural Gas Auto Mobility Infrastructure Company , which will be used to deploy 500 integrated CNG refuelling stations, develop Liquefied

Compressed Natural Gas (LCNG), gas supply infrastructure, and provide CNG and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) transportation trucks forming a virtual pipeline across all states nationwide.

The Statement further noted that the project will help ease the long queues currently being experienced at existing CNG filling stations by expanding access to refuelling points and ensuring consistent supply through improved logistics and distribution systems.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
