 Fidei Polytechnic Gboko Distances Self from Alleged False Reports, Assures Students of Ongoing Solutions



Management of Fidei Polytechnic Gboko has distanced the institution from what it described as misleading and inaccurate reports circulating in parts of the public space concerning students linked to the Tansian University Gboko Centre.


Speaking during a media engagement with Benue Info-pedia at the institution’s administrative office in Gboko, management clarified several issues surrounding NYSC mobilization concerns and reaffirmed its commitment to student welfare and institutional transparency.


According to the institution, efforts are already ongoing behind the scenes to engage relevant stakeholders and pursue constructive solutions for affected students, while urging the public to disregard unverified narratives capable of creating unnecessary panic and misunderstanding.


Management maintained that the institution remains focused on responsible educational development and the protection of students’ interests, stressing that some reports being circulated do not accurately represent the current realities and ongoing engagements.


The institution therefore appealed to students, parents, and stakeholders to remain calm and rest assured that solutions are on the way, expressing confidence that the situation will be addressed through proper channels and continuous dialogue.


The engagement was described by observers as positive, reassuring, and solution-oriented, with many commending the institution for opening up to public clarification and direct media interaction.
