 Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Cotswolds video may be a 'twisted stunt' in taxpayer-funded security dispute, royal expert says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently shared an Instagram video showing aspects of their family’s life in England’s Cotswolds. The post included details that some observers believed could help identify their location.  Royal commentator Tom Sykes criticized the decision, arguing that the couple should have been more cautious because such information could create security concerns.  He also suggested, without providing evidence, that the post may have been intended to strengthen their case for receiving taxpayer-funded police protection.  Launch of the CBN Foreign Exchange Manual (4th Edition)


The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, has unveiled the 4th Edition of the CBN Foreign Exchange Manual, a major step towards strengthening transparency, consistency, and efficiency in Nigeria’s foreign exchange market.


Effective June 1, 2026, the revised Manual aligns with international best practices and reflects the CBN’s commitment to modernising FX administration, reinforcing market confidence, and strengthening Nigeria’s macroeconomic foundations.


Developed through extensive stakeholder consultations and rigorous technical review, the Manual will be provided free of charge to authorised dealers to support seamless implementation and compliance.


Governor Cardoso also emphasised the importance of professionalism, accountability, fairness, and strong monitoring frameworks in sustaining the credibility and stability of Nigeria’s foreign exchange market.
