   LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICE OF THE SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE GOVERNOR (MEDIA AND PUBLICITY) PRESS RELEASE SANWO-OLU COOKS AT LAGOS FOOD FESTIVAL, SAYS EVENT HAS EMPOWERED LOT OF ENTREPRENEURS   The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Sunday participated in the cooking and tasting of seafood rice with stir-fry spinach at this year’s Lagos Food Festival. Speaking at the event organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems, Governor Sanwo-Olu said the food festival is to make families come together, unwind and see food from different cultures to tell the Lagos food story. The 2025 edition of the Lagos Food Festival, themed 'Taste Beyond Borders', was held at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, where residents of the State were treated to good music as they witnessed and relished different delicacies.                        Today is the launching of the maiden edition of Safety & Security Watch magazine and celebrities like Pink Republic,Remi Omotola,a member of the House of Assembly Lagos state,representing Speaker of the House of Assembly Adeyemi Kuforuji ,Special adviser to Gani Adams,Prince Oyerinde {OPC},Livinus Ibe from the Road safety corps,Engr Timothy.C. Iwuangwu,Branch Chairman of ISPON Lagos state etc.Pink Republic performed and she also talked about the missing Chibok girls in which other women in the gathering,honestly expressed how they feel about the insecurity in Nigeria.Managing editor of the magazine is Dr Chinyere Amaechi.I must congratulate her for her efforts towards ensuring safety through her magazine.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
