 Obasanjo holds memorial service for late US President Jimmy Carter Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has held a memorial service for the late United States President, Jimmy Carter. The service for Carter, a close ally of Obasanjo, took place on Sunday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. Carter died on December 29, 2024, at age 100, in Plains, Georgia, USA. He was the longest-living U.S. president and the first to reach 100 years of age.

Ruger’s latest accomplishment circulated widely through a viral video shared on social media showing the artist exploring the property.
The video captured the moments the singer inspected the interior and furnishings of the house before making the decision to purchase it.
An accompanying detail in the video includes the presence of a real estate agent who formally announces the sale of the luxury residence to Ruger.
Celebratory messages and well-wishes from enthusiastic social media users have flooded the comment section, expressing their congratulations to Ruger on his impressive new home.
