McDonald’s launches World Cup meal and collectible cups ahead of 2026 FIFA tournament kickoff McDonald’s is launching limited-time World Cup meals and collectibles ahead of the FIFA tournament kickoff on June 11, as excitement builds for the expanded 48-team competition co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada. The fast-food chain, returning as an official tournament sponsor, will roll out its World Cup-themed menu nationwide starting June 4. Customers can choose between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, both served with a special gold-packaged Big Mac Sauce. As part of the promotion, McDonald’s is also releasing collectible cups featuring nine global soccer stars and cultural icons. The lineup includes Christian Pulisic, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Son Heung-Min, Lamine Yamal, Alphonso Davies, Santiago Gimenez, and the brand’s mascot Grimace. 3 IDAHO OFFICERS HAVE BEEN SHOT AFTER A BRAZEN PRISONER ESCAPE FROM A BOSIE, IDAHO HOSPITAL. (PHOTOS).

 3 Idaho officers have been shot after a brazen prisoner escape from a Bosie, Idaho hospital.


 Inmate Skylar Meade had been transported to Saint Adolphus Regional Medical Center for unscheduled treatment late last (Tuesday) night.  At around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, 3 correctional officers were in the process of beginning to transport Meade back to prison when an unknown assailant ambushed the officers. 


The assailant opened fire striking two of the correctional officers while the third was shot by a responding Bosie PD officer. One correctional officer is in critical condition and the other two suffered non life threatening injuries. 


The Bosie PD officer was responding to the report of an active shooter at the hospital, when he saw the correctional officer standing near the entrance with a weapon and fired on him striking the correctional officer. 


The hospital was placed on lock down while they searched for the suspects, however the pair had already escaped in a gray four door sedan. 


Meade was serving time in a maximum security prison for aggravated battery on law enforcement with a firearm enhancement from 2016.


Meade is described as 5'6" and 150lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has extensive tattoos on his body.

 

Police say, "They are armed, dangerous, and have shown they are willing to use extreme violence."

If you see the suspect or vehicle call 911 immediately. Police stress that you should not approach the men.
