 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 3 IDAHO OFFICERS HAVE BEEN SHOT AFTER A BRAZEN PRISONER ESCAPE FROM A BOSIE, IDAHO HOSPITAL. (PHOTOS).

 3 Idaho officers have been shot after a brazen prisoner escape from a Bosie, Idaho hospital.


 Inmate Skylar Meade had been transported to Saint Adolphus Regional Medical Center for unscheduled treatment late last (Tuesday) night.  At around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, 3 correctional officers were in the process of beginning to transport Meade back to prison when an unknown assailant ambushed the officers. 


The assailant opened fire striking two of the correctional officers while the third was shot by a responding Bosie PD officer. One correctional officer is in critical condition and the other two suffered non life threatening injuries. 


The Bosie PD officer was responding to the report of an active shooter at the hospital, when he saw the correctional officer standing near the entrance with a weapon and fired on him striking the correctional officer. 


The hospital was placed on lock down while they searched for the suspects, however the pair had already escaped in a gray four door sedan. 


Meade was serving time in a maximum security prison for aggravated battery on law enforcement with a firearm enhancement from 2016.


Meade is described as 5'6" and 150lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has extensive tattoos on his body.

 

Police say, "They are armed, dangerous, and have shown they are willing to use extreme violence."

If you see the suspect or vehicle call 911 immediately. Police stress that you should not approach the men.
