The vehicle then crashed into a tree resulting in the loss of life to 3 of her passengers Emily McNees, Kaden Tyler and Will Flickinger. 1 other passenger survived the crash but ultimately spent months in the hospital rehabilitating.

At the time of the crash, Zenk was found to have alcohol, fentanyl, Xanax, Ketamine and marijuana in her system.
