 Former Bank of China chairman sentenced to death on corruption charges Liu Liange, former Party chief and chairman of Bank of China, was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve in a first-instance trial on Tuesday for accepting large sums in bribes. The sentence was delivered by the Jinan Intermediate People's Court in East China's Shandong Province, according to China Central Television (CCTV). During his tenure from 2010 to 2023, Liu took bribes of 121 million yuan ($16.7 million) to assist with loans, projects, and personnel arrangements. He approved illegal loans amounting to 3.32 billion yuan from 2017 to 2020, causing losses of over 190.7 million yuan. Liu was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve, stripped of his political rights for life and had all personal assets seized. A MISSING 19-YEAR-OLD MAN THAT INDIVIDUALS WITNESSED "BEING FORCED INTO HIS CAR AtT GUNPOINT", WAS SADLY FOUND DEAD. (PHOTO).

 A missing 19-year-old man that individuals witnessed "being forced into his car at gunpoint", was sadly found deceased.


Witnesses in Independence,  Missouri described seeing young Preston Bell being forced into his OWN car at gunpoint. This shocking incident occurred at his own residence at 8:30 p.m. on November 23rd, resulting in police launching a missing person's investigation. 


On November 24th, Kansas City PD were alerted to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival officers quickly realized it was the vehicle associated with the nearby missing person's case. Sadly, Preston was discovered deceased in the vehicles backseat. He had died from gunshot wounds.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
