 GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE   PRESS STATEMENT  MY DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE RIVERS  STATE  GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES  Fellow Rivers People, After deep reflection and extensive consultations with my family, friends, and associates, I have taken the difficult but necessary decision to withdraw from the APC gubernatorial primaries. I do so with a full heart and with a firm commitment to support whoever emerges as the candidate of our great party. Leadership is ultimately about sacrifice. There comes a time when personal ambition must yield to the greater good of the people. Rivers State is bigger than any individual, and at this critical moment, the peace, stability, and unity of our dear state must take precedence over every personal interest. A MISSING 19-YEAR-OLD MAN THAT INDIVIDUALS WITNESSED "BEING FORCED INTO HIS CAR AtT GUNPOINT", WAS SADLY FOUND DEAD. (PHOTO).

 A missing 19-year-old man that individuals witnessed "being forced into his car at gunpoint", was sadly found deceased.


Witnesses in Independence,  Missouri described seeing young Preston Bell being forced into his OWN car at gunpoint. This shocking incident occurred at his own residence at 8:30 p.m. on November 23rd, resulting in police launching a missing person's investigation. 


On November 24th, Kansas City PD were alerted to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival officers quickly realized it was the vehicle associated with the nearby missing person's case. Sadly, Preston was discovered deceased in the vehicles backseat. He had died from gunshot wounds.
