 Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities, Decries Members’ Inaccessibility of Education, Jobs, Health Facilities in Anambra Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD) has identified inaccessibility of public buildings, transport, schools and health facilities as well as limited employment opportunities for qualified members in organized private sector as challenges facing its members in Anambra state. State Chairman, Comr Ugochukwu Okeke disclosed this on Friday at the End-of-the-Year Meeting and Prayer Summit in commemoration of 2025 International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The annual event, themed, “Let Us Praise God” drew over,500 members from across the 21 local government areas of the state.  Ebonyi gov suspends health, housing commissioners


The Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, has suspended the state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Moses Ekuma and his Housing and Urban Development counterpart, Francis Ori.


Our correspondent gathered they were suspended on Monday during the State Executive Council meeting in Abakaliki, the state capital.


A statement issued by the Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Jude Okpor, which was sighted by our correspondent on Tuesday morning, read, “Following cases of gross misconduct and dereliction of duties by some government officials and matters related thereto, the Chairman of Council directed the indefinite suspension of the Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development and three months suspension of the Honourable Commissioner for Health respectively.”


The development may be connected to the alleged theft of pieces of property belonging to the Ministry of Health by its officials and the reported underperformance of the Housing and Urban Development commissioner and his shoddy handling of the Amaeze Housing Scheme in the Ishielu Local Government Area of the state.


Recall that the governor was in the health ministry’s premises on Saturday night and met a scene where six officials were caught allegedly diverting government materials.


He, therefore, ordered their arrest and eventual prosecution.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
