 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail.  ANAMBRA POLICE FOILS A KIDNAPPING ATTEMPT: RECOVERS VICTIM'S VEHICLE AT ISUANIOCHA AND ALREADY WORKING ON VICTIM'S DEBRIEF FOR POSSIBLE ARREST AND DISLODGING OF THE KIDNAPPING GANG


Police Operatives attached to the Special Anti-Cultism Squad Enugu-Ukwu in the evening of 17th May 2025 foiled a kidnapping attempt and recovered the victim's vehicle at Isuaniocha.


The kidnapping gang of five operating in a black coloured Toyota Corolla doublecrossed the victim at Amatu village, Agulu and abducted him with his black Lexus 350 SUV before the Police were alerted. The operatives in technology-driven manhunt on the criminals made them to abandon the victim and the vehicle on the road at Isuaniocha and fled. The victim has been debriefed and in safe custody. 


To this end, the Operatives are currently working on the necessary information available to dislodge the kidnapping gang and have stepped up security surveillance in the area for possible arrest of the suspect and to nip in the bud any untoward situation.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
