 Somali World Cup Referee Denied Entry to United States Award-winning Somali referee, Omar Artan, has been denied entry into the United States despite holding a valid visa, according to a senior official in Somalia’s sports ministry. Artan, who is set to become the first Somali referee to officiate at the FIFA World Cup finals, was stopped at Miami International Airport and subsequently returned to Istanbul, where he had been residing. The reason for the denial was not immediately disclosed. However, Somalia is among the countries affected by a travel ban introduced by the administration of Donald Trump.  The numbers are jaw-dropping: Disney invested $650 million in just 24 episodes of 'Andor,' making it one of the most expensive television series ever produced. But creator Tony Gilroy revealed something even more shocking at the ATX Television Festival - during Season 2 negotiations, Disney executives told him "streaming is dead" and tried to slash the budget.


Despite the financial drama behind the scenes, Gilroy fought hard to maintain the show's quality and creative vision. The series, which wrapped last month to widespread critical acclaim, pushed boundaries that other Star Wars content couldn't, tackling mature themes like genocide and assault while maintaining the franchise's core appeal.


This revelation raises important questions about the sustainability of high-budget streaming content.
