Sean “Diddy” Combs has been released from solitary confinement at New Jersey’s Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution following an altercation with another inmate last month, according to TMZ.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to confirm Combs’ housing assignment or whether he remains subject to any investigation or sanctions, citing privacy, safety and security concerns.
Combs, 56, was reportedly placed in solitary confinement after a July altercation in which he and another inmate pushed each other before prison staff intervened.
His prison release date has also changed several times. It was moved from Feb. 23, 2028, to Jan. 24, 2028, following the incident, before being pushed back to Feb. 20, 2028, earlier this month.
Combs is serving a four-year sentence at Fort Dix on prostitution-related charges. His original release date of May 8, 2028, had previously been moved to June 4, 2028, after he was accused of violating prison rules, including drinking homemade alcohol and participating in a prohibited three-way phone call.
His release date was later reduced to Feb. 23, 2028, before the latest changes.
