 BAUCHI STATE POLICE COMMAND PRESS RELEASE BAUCHI POLICE COMMAND DISMANTLES ARMED ROBBERY SYNDICATE, APPREHENDS SEVEN SUSPECTS INCLUDING TWIN BROTHERS The Bauchi State Police Command has recorded another operational success with the dismantling of an armed robbery syndicate specializing in mobile phone snatching. Acting on a distress call received at ‘C’ Division, Tafawa Balewa Estate, at about 1525 hours on 23rd May 2026, police operatives responded swiftly to a report of an ongoing robbery along Adamu Ajiya Street, by Ran Road, Bauchi. The prompt intervention led to the arrest of seven suspects linked to the criminal network. During the operation, one machete and one knife were recovered from the suspects. So far, two victims have been identified and their statements obtained to aid investigation. The arrested suspects are:   1. Uzairu Adamu alias ‘Goje’, 20 years old   2.  EFCC Secures Interim Forfeiture of Town Tavern Lounge, Four-Bedroom Bungalow in Ado-Ekiti


The Ilorin Zonal Directorate of the EFCC, has secured the interim forfeiture of a lounge and a four-bedroom bungalow located in Ado-Ekiti. Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court, sitting in Ilorin, while granting the application, held that the Commission had fulfilled all the necessary legal requirements. The interim forfeited properties are: Town Tavern Lounge located at No. 1, Ikere Road, off Florence Court School, Ado-Ekiti, and a four-bedroom bungalow located along Florence Court, Irewolede Estate, Ado-Ekiti. The properties were said to belong to Olorunbukunmi Taiwo, 43, who allegedly defrauded one Lady Anazia Colina Kenechukwu of the sum of N1,980,000,000 (One Billion, Nine Hundred and Eighty Million Naira only).Visit www.efcc.efcc.gov.ng for more stories.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
