The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has approved the appointment of Dr. Chizoba Prisca Ezeasor as the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra State Primary Health Care Development Agency (ASPHCDA). The appointment was announced in a press release issued on July 28, by the Governor's Chief Press Secretary.
The announcement also included the appointment of three other seasoned professionals to head strategic state parastatals. They are Dr. Nelson Omenugha, appointed Special Adviser on Youth Reformation; Hon. Chike Anyaonu, appointed Managing Director of the Anambra State Housing Development Corporation; and Mr. Chris Osemedua Molokwu, appointed Managing Director of the Anambra Broadcasting Corporation (ABS).
According to the statement, the appointments take immediate effect. Governor Soludo charged the newly appointed officials to deploy their wealth of experience and expertise in advancing the development of the state while demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, dedication, integrity, and commitment in the discharge of their responsibilities.
The appointment of Dr. Ezeasor as Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of ASPHCDA reflects the Soludo administration's continued commitment to strengthening primary healthcare delivery through capable and experienced leadership.
The ministry congratulated Dr. Ezeasor on her appointment and wished her a successful and impactful tenure in advancing quality primary healthcare services across Anambra State.
