 Osinbajo has not left politics ~ Former aide, Akande. Mr Laolu Akande, a former spokesperson to ex-Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, says there is no reason for anyone to assume that Osinbajo has left politics or resigned from the All Progressives Congress, APC. Akande made this statement during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, on Sunday in Lagos. Recall that Osinbajo has not been active in many political circles since leaving office in 2023, sparking speculations that he may have dumped the APC and politics. The former Vice President contested the APC primary in 2022 but failed to clinch the party’s ticket, losing to President Bola Tinubu. He served as Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 under Tinubu’s administration as governor. 2SHORT VS ANNJAY.

                                                                        A very close friend to Annjay,a female musician, told me that Annjay and 2short had a lash out at the making of 2short's new music video,on the 12 of February 2014,at Large House Visual studios at Mende Maryland,2short invited Annjay to feature in his new music video but when she got there it was not what they talked about that she saw,instead of appearing in the video,2short told her that she should hang around to know if the Director will consider her.Annjay, a 3 time award music winner,felt insulted,after waiting for four hours they are still considering her.She was so angry that she had an open confrountation with 2short.The confrountations did not end there,they both took to WHATSAPP to continue insulting themselves.Annjay told 2shorts that he is too full of himself why he replied by telling Annjay never to say such things again etc.Uptill date they are like sworn enemies.I have tried to contact 2shorts to hear his own side of his story but he is not picking up his phone.More photos below.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
