 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. COMMONWEALTH APPOINTS EX-PRESIDENT GOODLUCK,TO RESOLVE THE CRISIS IN ZANZIBAR ISLAND.

                           The Commonwealth has appointed former President Goodluck Jonathan to lead the charge for the resolution of the political stalemate in the semi-independent Island of Zanzibar.Jonathan's new appointment as Commonwealth Special representative is seen as an affirmation of the former President's towering status as the moral face of democracy and transparent polling in Africa,The new appointment was conveyed to Jonathan last week in a letter sent to him by the Commonwealth Secretary General,Mr Kamalesh Sharma.Goodluck Jonathan's appointment followed his highly acclaimed leadership of the Commonwealth Observer Group {COG} to last months's Tanzania general election.After the October 25 general election which produced John Magufuli as the new President of Tanzania,the Jonathan led COG and other international observers had endorsed the polling processes as credible.Now John has been drafted to quell the tension brewing on the Island of Zanzibar,following the nullification of the Presidential election results by the local electoral body,citing irregularities.International observers have continued to dispute the decision,on the grounds that both the voting and counting processes were held in an atmosphere of peace.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
