 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. POLICE ARREST ONE FOR ILLEGAL
POSSESSION OF FIREARM


Officers of lkorodu division of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested one Kabiru Garba .m. along
lgbogbo Ikorodu road.

The suspect was arrested at about 2300hrs on Friday
June 4, 2022 after he took to his heels upon sighting policemen on routine patrol.

After a through search of the suspect, a Beretta pistol was found in his possession. Preliminary investigation has
begun to unravel more details about the suspect, his
activities and source of the firearm. Suspect would be

arraigned in court at the conclusion of investigation.

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun
Alabi, fdc, has assured residents of Lagos State that

efforts are being redoubled towards eradicating all forms criminality in the state.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
