 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. Fmr AGF, Malami Weds Hajia Rakkiya As Fourth Wife, A Year After Marrying Buhari’s Daughter

The former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, on Saturday, got married to Hajia Rakkiya Bashir, According to Sahara Reporters.

This comes a year after Malami married Nana Hadiza, the third daughter of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Just like Hadiza, Buhari’s daughter, it was learnt that Rakkiya Bashir was previously married.

It was gathered that the private Nikkai ceremony took place on Saturday.

Malami, a lawyer from Kebbi State who was hardly known before 2015 when he was appointed to the administration of Buhari, is today one of the richest men in the country

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
