 Man brutalises his pregnant wife in Anambra  In another case of domestic violence, a pregnant woman was brutally beaten by her husband in Ichi, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State. The mother of three identified as Chinelo Francis, from Ebonyi State, said trouble began when she requested money from her husband, Peter, to prepare food.  According to the young woman, she had already bought vegetable with the profit she made from her shop. Peter, also from Ebonyi, claimed he didn’t make money that day and took the children home.  He returned to her shop at around 8:00 PM and insisted she close up and come home with him.  She refused, explaining that the time was when she typically made most of her sales.  Later, she closed up her shop, went home at 9:30 PM, prepared the children for bed, and retired. Tiktoker Peller has come for Nigeria's Super Falcons squad, saying they stopped responding to him since they won the 2024 WAFCON tournament and were gifted $100,000 each by President Bola Tinubu.


Peller said he used his TikTok platform which has 11.7 million followers to assist many of the female footballers to build a massive social media following. He particularly singled out Asisat Oshoala in his rant, saying they will soon be broke.


"You can see, I texted Asisat since last two weeks, she neva reply o," the 20-year-old alleged. "Dem don give dem 100,000 dollars. All the girls dem no reply me. Leave dem, if e finish, anybody that text me, I no reply them. Me, I go pride up.No worry. $100,000 is making you feel like angel that is flying."
